- Not suitable for outdoor installations exposed to the elements
- Pipe duvet insulation not suitable for temperatures over 90oC like some solar water heater systems
- The actual cost saving incurred, will depend on a range of variables including:
• standing periods
• the price per kWh of electricity in your area
• ambient temperatures
• quality of the geyser’s own insulation
• turning the temperature of your geyser down and switching it off when
_not in use
• the tarrif structure of your municipality / electricity supplier
